Large campsites. Peaceful.

Great places for easy walks and large areas for family games/sports activity. Creeks to soak in are close by and mostly accessible. Lots of wildlife and some that will make a mess of unsecured foods. Wonderful place to birdwatch.

Campground is beautiful and well kept. Kim, the camp host, was amazing. She went far out of her way to help us secure a campsite. We will definitely recommend Whiskey Springs to our friends, and we will definitely camp there again.

Camp host Kim is AMAZING!! even though we could not have camp fire it was still a nice experience. Bathrooms are clean and the walk to the spring is beautiful but should finish clearing the trail of fallen trees, had to climb over two. Overall great experience and we look forward to going again next year.

Quiet and peaceful. Cows wouldn’t let us in because of their babies! We love this place!

The stay at whiskey Creek campground was great . They were trimming off the over overhanging branches on the roads when we were there so it would not hit the roofs of the RVs. We felt this was a great improvement over some other grounds campgrounds. The inner actions with the camp hoist was GREAT We have stayed there over the years past. Ken & Pat

Always a great time here even though the water pump broke but the maintenance man got it fixed in a day over the 4th holiday!! 🇺🇸 Camp host was amazing too in letting everyone know of the problem and drove back by to let us know when it was back on👍

Great campground! As retirees, we're able to camp during the week. We were there Monday - Friday. Our campsite was clean, even though the weekend just ended. The bathrooms were clean as well. The campsites are large, especially those numbered over 9. But although the first few sites are smaller and closer together, they make great locations for multiple families camping together. The campsite is only three miles from the much more crowded Willow Lake campground. There's a nice nature trail here, but for any more ambitious hiking you need to drive 3-4 miles to Fish Lake. We enjoyed our stay, and will return.

The campsite was very large, clean, and quiet. Wood was available to be purchased and the campground host was knowledgeable about the local area. The only downside was the lack of privacy and staring at campsite neighbors or being stared at through the wide spread trees.

Really enjoyed this campground. The host was really nice, and welcomed us. We expected a lot of bugs and hardly got any. Our site was one of the smaller sites, but overall the sites are all generous with plenty of tree canopy and room for privacy from your neighbors. After the weekend was over and most people left, it felt very remote which was a bonus. Vault toilets were very clean for being vault toilets, and we appreciated there were lots of water spouts throughout the site. There were opportunities for some local hiking, as well as a hike to Fourbit Ford Campground, a short drive to Willow Lake for some recreation, and we also enjoyed the stream that runs behind the campgrounds. We will definitely be returning to this campground.

We had a family gathering at Whiskey Springs and it was wonderful! The camp host, Kim, was amazing and very helpful! She helped us to, not only enjoy our stay, but suggested activities and hikes in the area that made it all the more enjoyable!

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
