Loved the location inside Rocky. We were lucky to get two nights from cancellations and were happy even though we had 2 different sites so had to move. Our favorite was the B loop - small and quiet with very close restroom. We could hear the elk bugling and deer walked through often. The second night we were at the end of the C loop, site 42. Very large site next to the water spigot and right next to the walking path that goes a few miles towards Estes. Not a big deal, but after 3 days of hiking in the park, it was tiring to walk uphill to the restrooms and to the trash dumpster! Beautiful view of Deer Mountain and there is also a city open space at the end of the campground. Heard owls while walking here early in the morning. Hope to go back next year and stay in one spot!

Great campground and site! We were a bit concerned about privacy and noise when we arrived, but it ended up being great. You could hear nearby water running. The bear box accessible to our site was completely full.

This campground is perfect as it is quiet and close to the park entrance but available to all the other trails etc. in the park. Bathrooms are very clean and the creek nearby is charming.

Campgrounds and restrooms were clean, there was more than enough space at the tent sites, and the Rangers were friendly. August weather was amazing. Recommend this campground for anyone looking to camp in RMNP.

A great spot in the park. Shaded and with clean bathrsooms. No signal at all.

Camping in the park was very pleasant. The ranger staff were very courteous. Enjoyed doing the Old Fall River Road and the main paved road to the Alpine Visitor Center.

Amazing scenery, beautiful campsite. You can't beat the creek next to the campsite. Would say 5 star, but the campsites were pretty close to each other.

Did not made it to the site, because of the fires. We came down from western Wyoming, and got in to late to drive over the park pass. Next time

I had a great time camping here. The campground was quiet and clean. The rangers were super helpful for my bike packing trip up and over the old dirt road.

I was fortunate to pick up a last minute cancellation and had a premier campsite. Next to the river , water and a trail that went outside national park so I could walk my dog . I loved it , the checkin was easy and very informative!

The campground was very scenic, and peaceful, and there was a bear locker at every site.

The bathrooms were pretty gross (compared to Glacier Basin). I wiped down the metal ledges at the base of the mirrors w/clorox wipes several times in the less than 24 hrs we were there & were gross from peoples toothpaste every time we went in there. Why cant people clean up after themselves, its nasty! The area was pretty wet overall, lots of mosquitos (much different compared to Glacier Basin). And the cell service was awful. I get great service at the other campgrounds and in the park, this area was terrible. Overall cute campground, quieter than the others, but grosser in my opinion.

Our first time to camp here, and it's a very beautiful campground! The setting, with large trees, the valley that opens up to spectacular views, and the roaring Fall Creek all make it outstanding. Our only issue was that the campfire smoke seemed to hang in the air, possibly due to it being in a valley. We struggled with allergies and asthma due to the persistent smoke.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
