Such a safe and wonderful place. Unfortunately, really noticed this year that vacated sites are not cleaned up when someone checks out. Other than that its a great place.

Bad location as it was near the kids park and kids were running through your campground. No shade as two trees had been cut down. We didnt know the border area for our campground either. Neighbor had a barking dog and the other neighbor had a generator that would click on at night. Overall bad experience and we ended up leaving early.

Nice big rv sites

Beautiful campground, many sites with shade. Sites were mostly level, clean, near fresh water and bath house. All sites had lake view more or less. Staff was friendly and helpful; the ranger program on Saturday is wonderful. Town is 14 minutes away no matter where you go. No WiFi & internet was very weak. I would go back.

Difficult to use rv dump because a disabled rv was directed to pull into that area.

Campground was very quiet and family friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Clean, well maintained campground. Roomy sites. I wish the swimming area was nicer.

Quite time needs to change. It's not far when kids want to play a night games in the dark and it doesn't get dark tell 9:30.

With no electricity at this campground the extreme temperatures were a problem. It is a wonderful campground, but electricity would make it spectacular.

We love Pine Meadows campground. Weve been going there for 40+ years. Clean campground. Well maintained.

Hosts and Rangers are always friendly and helpful. Would love to go back to being able to have extra vehicles where there is available space for extra fee.

The lake was beautiful. The campsite was decently clean. There were a ton of plastic straw wrappers like from Capri-sun all over the site and we had a dog with us. It would be nice if the sites were looked over between "tenants". The biggest issue was the vagrants in their loud vehicles coming in and out of the park literally all night long. To make matters worse, when my fiance and I went for a walk and to the bathroom, we were greeted by someone dumpster diving and when I went to the bathroom there was someone shooting up in the men's shower. If this place is going to be run by a group like the Army Corp of Engineers, you guys should be able to keep someone on-site all night or have patrols go through each park. These are campsites where families try to go enjoy themselves and feel safe. We have two kids and did not sleep the whole night after this happened to make sure our kids were safe because clearly, we were on our own for protection. We may come back to the lake but until there are safety measures put in place for overnight, we will only enjoy the day-use areas if we do come back. Please fix this, you truly have a gorgeous campground on a gorgeous lake.

stayed on the primitive end. was very nice. spots spread out very well so not so close to other campers. a lot more quiet then what the main campground looked like

Very nice stay at Pine Meadows. Its a little exposed such that you look into neighbors and visa versa but no Biggy. Generators should not be allowed to run 24/7 and decibel meters should be enforced to prevent cheap generators with poor manifolds / exhaust blast.

Beautifully maintained campground. Theres hardly a bad view anywhere. The swim beach was fairly large and life vests of all sizes are provided. The shower facilities were nice and we never ran out of hot water. And the 2:00 checkout was a nice surprise. Was my favorite campground to date. Wed love to return!

Very family friendly- we felt very safe there

It was nice and the spots had room for games and tents too. The fire pit we had was almost nonexistent so hard to burn wood. The dump station was easily accessible, the entry and exit to the park was very tight. The bathroom floor was always sticky but was cleaned 2 times per day the 4 days we were there.

Loved our spot. So much nicer not having people walk right through our space and using the trails instead.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
