Great gem of a campground! Pretty, quiet, everything we needed, and areas for kids to play.

Well maintained tent site. Mildly secluded sites and a reasonable, but not close walk to parking. Restroom and shower were in good working order and clean. Nice, quiet camping.

The entire campground was spotless and well maintained. The cleanest bathrooms Ive ever seen at a campground. The people running the campground were extremely polite and outgoing. Went above and beyond to insure our stay was great. I cant say enough good things about my experience and the staff. Stellar is the best word I can think of. Will definitely be back every year

The 50amp connection didnt work. After a discussion with the hosts and Park Ranger we decided to limp along with the 30amp. It was a really hot weekend and was only able to use one air conditioner. We were very please with both the hosts and the Park Ranger. Well be back!

Easy in/easy out. Clean and quiet. This is one of my go to campgrounds at Saylorville Lake. I have more reservations there in September and October. Wish the fishing would have been better.

Nice campground. Our site #1 was pretty leveled. We took nice long walks.

Nice campground. Very clean and quiet. All the sites were full of RVs/campers parked but there were hardly any people out & about. Not much to do here. There is a small pond for fishing and a small playground.

Well run campground. We had an issue with the electrical connections. I reported it to a volunteer who relayed the info up the proper chain. The problem was fixed within a few hours. We had severe weather alerts while were there. The campground host called us prior to the storms to be sure we were aware of the threat and inform us of safe places to go.

Loved the campground, however when they were mowing our site while we were away they mowed off our dogs stake we had in the ground and also shot something into the back of our camper while mowing that left a crack/hole. We called when we got home and noticed the hole but no one got back to us about it. We made several phone calls and sent an email with pictures but no one ever responded, so that was very disappointing.

This was our second time camping at Acorn Valley. It's so nice and quiet and we like that the sites aren't super close together. The campground host was very friendly. We would recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful campground!

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
