Great little campground right on the river! Very peaceful. Also not too far from town or from the lakes.

Campsites were clean, and beautiful. Pit toilets were very well maintained. While we were there, area was quiet and relaxing. Lots of fish. River was great. Camp hosts were friendly and helpful. All in all, we had a very good experience there. We won't hesitate to go back.

We had a great time and could not have asked for a better camp host! Our campsite was clean and we loved our location!

We loved our experience. Our problem is with reservations being held and the site not being occupied. Time and time again the park is empty but the reservation site shows reserved. Something needs to change in order to stop this problem. People would like the chance to reserve

We’ve stayed here several times and have always had great experiences. There is no bad site. The camp host this time was really awesome! On a personal note… I’m an amateur birder and was fortunate to see Western Tanagers down by the creek this visit!

Camp ground was very clean and the camp host was very helpful with suggestions on acttivaties. Fishing in the creek was disappointing and I later found out that it hasn't been stocked in quit awhile. However Twin lakes had great fishing. We had a forest service person give a fireside talk about black bears in the area as well as other parts of the US and how to best deal with them.

Okay, was there early June, lot of snow melt, the Creek was more like a river for California. Fishing poor, locals say DFG doesn't stock the creek, locals buy fish for the lake. Other than that, the campground was well maintained and our stay was quite nice and peaceful. Highly recommend !

Camp host Donna was very attentive she came by an introduced herself. Restrooms where very clean same as the whole campground.My wife had to use the restroom in the middle of the night and she said it was extremely dark a motion light would be very helpful as seniors our eye site isn’t like they use to be. Overall experience was delightful the weather was excellent for that time of year . It’s one of our favorite places to camp . Thank you, Henry Martinez

Our vacation along Robinsons creek was one for the books! It was amazing! I have been camping in this area for at least 40 years it never disappoints! The fishing and hiking are what keeps us coming back! A great time with family and friends!

Nice campground, would have been better if we did have to listen to jackasses blasting crappy choice in music from next loop.

Great campground. Camp host was an active, helpful, and friendly presence. Gorgeous valley with nice hiking at your fingertips. Pit toilets were clean and as pleasant as a pit toilet could be. Thank you!

We have been coming to Robinson Creek for several years for 2 reasons, both for the beauty of the place and to fish. This year the campground was 1/2 full, many cancellations. We believe it's because Fish and Game is NOT stocking the lakes and rivers with fish. The last few years they've stocked less and less. This year we caught and kept 2 fish in the 9 days we were there. We talked with people in Bridgeport who run business and the amount of visitors has dropped. The number one complaint is the lack of fish that is being stocked in the lakes and creeks. The business are now trying to get donations so that they can stock the lakes from private resources. For the price of the fishing license that we have to pay, we should be able to catch and keep a good amount of fish. In years past we always came home with our limit of 10 each, this year 2 small fish. Please think of the businesses and campgrounds that are losing customers because of the lack of fish and care about those who like to fish and hunt. Businesses and campgrounds and hurting. If there are no visitors, campgrounds and small cities will greatly suffer.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
