Absolutely the most beautiful and cleanest campsite we have ever stayed at. We stayed right after Memorial Day and were the only people in the campground but it was impeccably clean - probably the cleanest pit toilet I have ever used. The night sky is incredible and the sites are so cute with the fire pits and grills and picnic benches. I love that everything is set on a raised cement "patio" so you can stay out of the dirt. The little walkways are perfect all lines with rocks - it's like staying at a spa resort.

Nicely spaced campsites. Beautiful location. Had the place to ourselves in mid-September. Night sky was incredible.

This campground had lots of space for everyone in our party, and the convenience of a bathroom was great for our friends with kids. The sound of the creek behind us was so soothing at night! I will say that it was warmer at this campground than we expected. It wasnt unbearable, but it was definitely more pleasant at the higher elevations. We were chasing shade at this camp during the day, but it was still a very fun trip!

Great Basin has a surprisingly large amount of campgrounds considering it's on the smaller side of national parks. Grey Cliff has reservations and first come options, all with clean toilets, fire pit and picnic tables. They are well maintained which was appreciated for my lower clearance vehicle. Star gazing is absolutely amazing at the campsites too!

We were so pleased with our experience at the Grey Cliffs Campground at Great Basin National Park. Very impressed with the solitude location, cleanliness and campground layout. Was above our expectations!

Good cellphone coverage, enough to follow a recipe and cook it. The road was well maintained, if there's somebody at your campsite you'll have to move them by your own( we had to do that) Great and beautiful night skies

Very quiet campground. Dark, hence great star gazing. Clean, odor-free pit toilets

Great campsite. When I arrived there around 9pm, there were two separate parties in our group campsite who claimed they talked to the rangers who advised them to go ahead and take an empty site. Recommendation would be a printout on holiday weekends that confirms reservations. So anybody that pulls up at the self-service window can see if the sites are taken or available? Or even a QR code / link they can look on their phone and see if all sites are taken/available. Thank you

Campground was great and not crowded! Close to Lehman caves!

Beautiful, not crowded. Kind of surprised to find a lovely stream in back of the campsite. Would have been great to have water available but it was not a problem going up the road to Baker Creek for water. I'd definitely come again!!

During heavy rain for a few days, it won’t hurt to allow campers to build a little campfire… it was COLD.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
