An OK campground. Open, but private. Well-space sites.

The campground is quiet and dark-perfect for good sleeping and amazing stargazing. There were no camp hosts this late in the year, but we didn't need to contact them this trip. The views are lovely and we enjoyed hiking and biking in the park. Definitely will return! Know that some sites have better shade than others, if you need that. We were fine without.

Wonderful experience , we extended our stay here.

A small number of late arrivals (after 10:00 p.m) interuppted the peacefulness of this campsite. One happened to land next to my site. They set up tents, chopped firewood and did not follow quiet hours protocol. Otherwise this was a beautiful site.

Very nice spot, close to restrooms and river access. Shaded in afternoon which was quite welcome.

It was a little confusing trying to figure out the sites on line - the "drive through" description was different, so we decided we'd take a chance on finding a site once there. Loop A and B, each site had "reserved" site on the site number which initially made it think it was already taken just not checked in yet which was had us concerned until we checked the app - and found the majority were still available. Loved also being able to check in and pay for the site on line. Loved the site and the night sky and the distance between sites. Didn't check out the bathhouses and had two bars of ATT cell.

Very nice Place with a lot of shadow. The Trail starts directly behind the park

I generally don't like to pick campsites based on maps and a site photo on a website, but that seems to be the reality nowadays. The campground is nicely situated. I feel the restrooms could be improved though (based on the one located near my site). The TP roller placed behind the toilet makes for an uncomfortable reach back. The stall had been removed, so now only one person can use the bathroom at a time. The room was not as clean as it could have been compared with others I used during my teo week trip to CO and UT.

Lovely, peaceful campground adjacent to the Green River. Campsites are spacious, some with shade and some with full sun. Clean restrooms. Enjoyed the dinosaur exhibit, night skies, trails and canyons.

The only issue we had was a couple of fire ant beds.

The restroom, dumpster and firewood were allconvenient, and nice spacing between camp sites. The rangers were friendly and the evening programs (including star party) were enjoyable. Many sites have nice shade. On the downside, the quiet of Loop A was disturbed by a lone generator. Many of us want to hear nature,not someone's 2 stroke engine, which carries quite a distance outdoors. Perhaps teh park could consider generator free loops, like Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef.

Spots were level. Some shade. Not in walking distance to the museum. Water was available. No dump station

Simple campsite with little/no tree cover. Great location. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can there be a no generator area, we had to suffer 4-hours of constant generator noise.

Overall very nice campsite with some nicer shaded lots.Wish generators were banned, really wrecked the second evening we stayed when two groups ran theirs for hours.

Excellent camp site, close to the quarry, and amazing scenery.

Too hot. 130 in an unshaded site. No way to change through Recreation.gov, no Ranger and no host. We left, when we'd have preferred to change sites. Too bad.

Ranger Eric and Margaret were so wonderful, their junior ranger stuff made it so fun for our daughter. Beautiful sights, refreshing river dips, and so much more. Even though it was hot, our experiences will last a lifetime. Thank you!

Open and clean campsite, though the initial site that we booked was pretty small so we were able to switch to a bigger one after talking to the host. Something to keep in mind depending on how many people you have.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
