Very nice, well run campground. Very enjoyable, I will return. Only negative was the number of generators running all day, it sounded like an industrial complex at times.

The camp host were amazing finding us a site last minute!

Love Crane Prairie campground, bring mosquito gear if down by the water in summer. Campground and amenities are perfect though.

The camp site was excellent, with great view and right in front of the water. There were large amounts of spiders and mosquitoes tho, but it is to be expected when youre near any body of water when its warm. We had a bait and was able to pull the boat right up the the camp site.

This is a great campground. Sites are spacious and the lake is beautiful. The only issue we had was the lack of drinking water. Most of the spigots were not functioning. It was a long walk, or a drive to other loops to get to the couple spigots that actually had water.

Incredible view of South Sister, Broken Top and Mt. Bachelor in the background while paddle boarding and taking in the wildlife.

Upon arrival we discovered that the potable water was shut off. Asked the camp host. She had nothing to offer as to where we could get water. Found out from our friend that there was water at Twin Lakes. Cleaning the outdoor toilets was a check for toilet paper. No cleaning of any sort. Not a happy camper this trip!

Great Campground with really large sites. We love camping here with our trailer. The campground is well maintained. Potable water is available at the campground's entrance. Unfortunately, there is no dump station. The "resort" store has a great selection of essentials in case you forget something and they also have a gas station!

Wonderful lake front campsite. Fit our 20ft trailer well. The birds were fun to listen to and watching the bald eagles fly and catch fish was enjoyable. The only issue was all the mosquitoes and ants, but will be returning!

The driveway into space 82 is pretty steep, our back jacks scraped the ground, we have a 23ft camp trailer and didnt have much room to park our truck

Campground staff were friendly and frequently maintained the restrooms. We enjoyed the quick access to other lakes and a nearby fish hatchery.

The camp hosts currently at Crane Prairie Campground are the best. They do an excellent job with maintaining bathrooms. They are attentive and helpful. They are campers and understand what makes a great experience. They do a great job of mitigating the negative impact to camping that Recreation. Gov has had.

We had a wonderful time! Our space was large!! I wish there was more water stations on site, but overall we loved our trip!

Took our group over there for our annual company outing. Great area and the kids LOVED feeding the chip monks. We rented a pontoon boat and the folks at the Lodge were SUPER helpful and gave us tips on how to fish the lake, set up the boat and where was the best spots. Other than being a little windy and rainy at times, we had a great experience. Thank you all.

Had a great time. A little bit of a ant problem.

Beautiful, quiet campground. We were in the Red loop, well away from the lake front sites that were packed with people. We needed a quiet place to camp and this filled our need. Mosquitos and wasps were bad. A TON of chipmunks and squirrels.

The campsite was on the water's edge. The water was warm, and pleasantly clean to swim and kayak in. Neighbors were pleasant and considerate. nice.

Bathrooms in the campsite area were probably the worst I have ever smelled... we had to go use the restrooms near the resort because they are apparently the only ones that get tended to. The area was peaceful aside from some of the birds, they were very talkative in the morning. I actually thought one of them was was a person yelling "yeah!" It wasn't a great alarm but that's obviously not on the campsite. No service whatsoever so don't hope for spotty connection. Also mosquitoes were insane and the water has leaches and toxic algae.

Camp grounds were nice and clean. The lodge/ store was well stocked with a variety of items. We rented a kayak but wished they could charge half price when they have to be back so early 5:00. We didnt get our kayak until 1:30 and had to pay full price. It would be nice to have the rental atleast 8:00 to fish the evening

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
