Great site. Quiet (it was the last weekend of the season...), nice restrooms and showers. Staff at camp store was the greatest. Excellent facilities.

The boundary is our go to place. It is nestled in the Tellico Ranger District of the Cherokee National Forest. Perfect for hiking, kayaking, bike riding, fishing and plain old relaxing and enjoying the views and scenery. Best of all, a nice hot shower at the end of your active day.

Campground host was very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were very clean and my overall experience for the week was very good. Would like to have stayed for the weekend, but all those get booked so far in advance. Reservation system needs some work.

I have been visiting Indian Boundary campground for nearly 20 years, and always love returning there. Loop A has some of the nicest Lakeside campsites, however it also has the oldest bathrooms which need updating. I love walking the path around the lake during the day, and looking at the stars at night. It is a beautiful place!

First time at IBC and it was, with a couple of exceptions, a wonderful experience. We stayed on the A loop, site 22. The site was perfect for our 13 camper trailer. We loved the location, and during the last week of Oct, the foliage was still very good, even if we missed the peak by a few days. We hiked the lake trail twice in two days great fun for us and our two small pups. The lake was also a good spot for star gazing for a couple nights. I got a couple decent Milky Way shots although it was too late in the year to capture the galactic center. The Cherokee Natl Forest is recognized as a dark sky location in TN.The first issue we noticed was the closed water spigot between 21 & 22, as was at least one other spigot. We walked to across 15 for water, which was not a terrible inconvenience, but . . .continuing with water problems, both sinks in the mens and the womens A loop bathrooms were missing faucet aerators. Consequently, water sprayed all over the counters and the mirrors, and anyone using the faucets! In talking to a guy who has been coming to IB 1-3 times a year for many years, he said the two water problems I just mentioned have been that way for a number of years. Sad.

Love this campground and have been camping here since the 90s. We have watched this campground grow. It went from driving there and able to get a site to oh my goodness I may not get a reservation!!

Well maintained campground in a beautiful setting. The bathhouse for loop c was constantly wet and cool due to condensation. The area we were in was experiencing something like a temperature inversion as smoke from campfires hugged the ground and made breathing uncomfortable.

Several Water spickets were broken. Leak in water line caused low volume in rest rooms.

At the risk of encouraging more folks to enjoy the best campground in East Tennessee, we love this place. The B Loop campground hosts are superb. They obviously care about preparing the loop for our enjoyment. The sites are clean, hard packed gravel, mostly level, well drained and spacious. B Loop bath houses are spotless and well supplied. The camp store is a pleasure to browse. The lake trail is a easy 3 mile walk. No cell service but if you have an antenna for your TV, you can get local stations. The are no water hookups at the sites but you can get water at the dump station and spigots throughout the campground. Hard to get a site but its worth the effort.

We love Indian Boundary - so peaceful and scenic. Wish we had brought our kayaks this time, but my husband was having shoulder problems.

Great campsite! I had plenty of room to for my tent, canopy, hammock stand; there was plenty of space for my truck not to be near the fire ring even with all that equipment. Conveniently located not too far from the bathhouse; paths to the picnic area, lake trail, beach and pier were also nearby. A water spigot is right across the campsite. It only has partial tree cover during the day and is more open that some of the other sites around it. I would definitely stay at this spot again if I can snag it. I had to leave a day early because of the threat of thunderstorms, but it was still a great trip.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
