This was my familys first time camping, so I was a bit nervous and unsure of what to expect. However, Tule Campground exceeded all our expectations. We stayed at the end of March, and the campground was absolutely beautiful, green, and with perfect weather.There are a couple of playgrounds, plenty of picnic and BBQ areas, and rentals for fun on the water, which made it a great spot for families. Our campsite (#45) was spacious, had a little shade, and was overall a great setup. The bathrooms nearby were relatively clean and well-maintained, though I do wish they had soap dispensers and a more consistent supply of toilet paper.Overall, I would absolutely stay here again! The campground is clean, well-kept, and the camp hosts were fantastic. Its a perfect getaway for families looking to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Highly recommend!

Rolling hills of grass and miles of groves of orange trees surround. The campground is not the most beautiful but it is well maintained. The showers were great. There are a lot of ground squirrels and birds of prey. The water spiders are not in a reasonable place but the overall takeaway is that this was a fun campground and was a pleasant stay.

Rangers are easy to work with. Flexible. Camp Space was large and bathrooms were clean, although there was no t.p. (take your own!) Views were beautiful in February. Close to casino (10 mins). Take a 60'hose!

The wife and I had for the most part a very relaxing time . We had a group camp next to us in site 16E the second night we were there that did not know or care about the quiet time rule and partied loudly until 5am . Another camper reported them and a ranger explained the rules to them and it was much better the next night but still outside of the rules. The campsite itself and the hosts were great ! As the saying goes it only takes one bad apple , right ?

Great site and good showers. The only downside was the noise from the road. Not really the park's fault. Everything else was nice.

Nice, well maintained campground.

Lovely location with easy lake access and some sites are literally lake front. Washrooms are OK. The site is comfortable with a water spigot and can hold 2 vehicles (eg a car and a trailer) but note that the hookup can be rather far away and needs a long cable. Comfortable spacing between each site and mountains in the background are the icing on the cake!

Stickers throughout the campground, large holes in ground without marking. Showers did not have lights and men's restroom didn't have lights. Drinking fountains did not work. many electric boxes were faulty These issues were with the older part of the campground.

The campground was clean and there was plenty of space between sites. I was dissapointed that the showers and regular restrooms were all closed. They did have chemical restrooms available.

The grounds were dried up full of stickers. So the landscape was nothing to come and enjoy.

Very peaceful campground directly at the Success Lake. We used the campground for an overnight stay on our journey from Lodgepole Campground to Las Vegas for which it was perfectly suited.

We traveled from Utah to stay here for a vacation, we know the area from living in Tulare during the '80s-'90s.I was impressed with the campground system and the staff there.The Park Ranger driving around all day and night makes for a comfortable feeling.Large site with electric/water hookup for a very fair price.We met some friendly families and made friends.

Water level at the lake is not that low for this time of the year which still good if you like water sports like fishing, swimming and boating like myself

Site No. 054 good place with everything you need (electricity, water, sewage) and a beautiful view
@MaxC8330004 · Camped on Aug 10, 2024 at Campsite #37
Sometimes the grass is greener on the other side. Literally. Only part of the campground is watered, leaving the other campsites to be covered in dead grass and stickers. Not ideal. There is no official swimming area. Just an unpaved road down to a point where you can wade in. Camp host was unsympathetic and terse after I mentioned neighbors that were loud past midnight. On the bright side, campsites had water spigots and the bathrooms were in decent condition.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
