Site 5 was an amazing time! The only downfall of this site is that from about 11am-5pm you are fighting the sun pretty bad. We constantly had to move to be in the shade. But that can be solved with a pop up canopy. The group site right above us which I believe was 7 was a little loud when it got into the evening. Especially with their ATVs throughout the day. But other than those two things it was an amazing time. It is absolutely beautiful up there. Couldnt recommend this campground enough. The bathrooms were really nice, we had no issues what so ever with them, and are well maintained. There are water spigots in several locations throughout the campground which are really convenient. The dumpster they had there was also very convenient and well maintained. The grounds themselves are well maintained as well. The roads all the way to the campground and the loop of the campground are all paved which was really nice. Overall this campground is a high recommendation.

This was our second year in a row at this camp site. Its in a great spot. We like this campground because the site arent stacked on each other and have space. There are a lot of trees for shade.

Great campground. Plenty of shade in our site and most all the sites. Bathrooms were clean. Site felt nice and private. And cool views of the dam.

Great spot, went late May. Little windy, spotty rain and early clouds but mostly clear sun and night sky. Stars looked great. Great bathrooms with water and soap and air drier. Saw a deer. The reservoir was half empty, no fish to catch, trail was closed due to flood washing or something. Went during middle of week, we had the whole place to ourselves

The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. They had soap for hand washing. Campground was very quiet during the night.

beautiful campground! very clean restrooms! We enjoyed our stay once again, we try to visit at least once or twice a year. It was nice to see the water flowing over the spillway this year! Just awesome, definitely a must see!!

Great campsite. We stayed in the group site and it was plenty big for our group. Quite area and never heard many neighborhoods. Plan on rain almost everyday in the Unitahs. Only for a short time and then sunny the rest. We used paddle boards on the reservoir which was great. There is no beach anywhere but a boat dock to launch. Our kids played on the cement boat ramp and had fun but the next day we drove down to Starvation and hour away for a beach. We caught many fish at the lower Stillwater ponds. No luck on the dam. Lost cell phone service about 15 miles away from camp. Beautiful location. Green and pines everywhere.

Great campground. We arrived on Saturday and stayed for a week. Our camp host, Sabrina, was very kind and friendly. Bathrooms were clean, heated and the flush toilets were a nice change. Our campground host, Sabrina, was there for the first day or so and then they disappeared for the rest of the week. We were literally the only people in the camp until late in the week. We were glad that we didn’t need anything. Overall a really good time and would highly recommend it. On a side note, we stopped 4 miles down the road at Yellowpine CG to fill our fresh water tank before and it also has a dump station which was really nice so close by.

So much love this campsite and have been coming to this site for several years. A few concerns we continue to see a number of personnel coming to the dam to check the system. We have never seen it so high this time of year in a drought no less. Would be nice to have more information. Also, we helped some hikers who were injured and drove them to Duchesne. It would of been helpful to have a campground host. We haven't seen one for years, but their trailer is there. If they were severe we would have no choice and no help.

This is a beautiful campground, well-maintained, with lovely camp spots. They are a little close together, but most have enough shade and seclusion to make up for it. The bathrooms were also very clean!

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
