This small and simple campground is such a quiet and beautiful place to relax. I enjoyed coming here as a kid, with my grandparents, and now Im bringing my own kids. My sister does the same and it has become our new summer tradition. We love it.

Nice clean campground. I was lucky to get one night there as I pulled in without a reservation. I would have loved to stay longer. Beautiful lake. Didnt use the bathhouse so unable to comment on that. I had water at my site but I couldnt figure out how to get it to work. Fortunately I was only there one night and had plenty of water in my fresh water tank so it wasnt a big inconvenience. Despite the campground being full it was very quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed my visit and hope to return soon.

We enjoyed this campground and will likely return in the future! The sites were well-spaced so you aren't on top of your neighbors, clean and fairly level. Bathrooms were clean but most of the women's didn't have soap. Swim beach seemed a little small with no real parking so we just swam by our campsite. The attendant that came around was really friendly and welcoming. There was a squirrel and a couple crows that tried to take off with a few things so make sure your stuff is secured if you aren't on site!

We always enjoy our time at Denby Point. The site (C 43) has a great view of the lake. Since we had last camped at Denby Point, the staff had replaced and upgraded the shower heads in the showers. That was a nice touch. We look forward to our next visit.

I love this spot it is perfect. with the dead end to the lake view we get from this spot. And having the lake access right from this spot is GReAt!! Will always be our forever spot.

Excellent campground with clean bathrooms, showers and large dish washing sinks. Site #44 has a great view of the lake and offers privacy because of the way the driveway is angled. Loved it here and would definitely stay again.

My favorite campground on Ouachita! I got my favorite site, too, 34C . Good shade on that one and an amazing view. The campsites are generous in size, some need a little leveling. I like both the water front and the street sites. The bathrooms are just OK- its old LOL. There is a swim beach and room to moor/beach boats next to the beach. Dinner one night at Shangri La (a few minutes away adjoining the Tompkins Bend park) is a must. Call ahead by noon to reserve pie- its that good.

We really loved spot 41. It is roomy and has access to the lake. As with most of Arkansas, poison ivy is everywhere and you need to be cautious of it because there was some on the little private path to the lake. Because spot 41 sits on a dead end road (it has a round about at the end) within the park it has very little traffic. The round about is tight, so if you're pulling a larger rig, be aware of this. We pull a small 20 footer and I really had to cut it wide. Aside from that, the grounds were clean, garbages are emptied routinely, there is a nice sandy public beach and nice spots for fishing.

Great spot! I will definitely stay here again. Beautiful views. About an hour from the Crater of Diamonds. Crystal Mines right down the road from campsite.

This was our first time staying at denby point and we loved it. The roomy campsites are a big plus for us. The grounds are set up nicely for long walks. Only negative is that the showers were awful; dated and felt dirty. Though the toilet area was clean.
@LisaR8773346 · Camped on May 2, 2024 at Campsite #36
It was clean and very quiet. And even though I didnt have a reservation it was easy to use the app on my phone and quickly check in!
@DavidA3218244 · Camped on Apr 17, 2024 at Campsite #4
came for the fishing and crystal mining. Bathroom and shower areas are kept very clean. The road into the campground (1-15) could use a overlay, full of potholes and very bumpy. as usual wish we could of stayed longer!
@ShellyK4EEC6A1 · Camped on Apr 13, 2024 at Campsite #55
Site 55 is level and long enough for our 32 fifth wheel and pickup. All roads and sites are asphalt. This is a clean and quiet park about a half hour drive from Hot Springs.
@jackw5749867 · Camped on Apr 7, 2024 at Campsite #66
Site 66. Very nice site, fits larger 5th wheel just fine. Most sites are quite private and overall grounds and roads are in great shape. Bathhouses are better than most Army Corp sites weve been too.
@micheleg428144 · Camped on Apr 6, 2024 at Campsite #22
We loved the quiet atmosphere and the space between campers. Our only critique would be to add sewer hook ups
@MichaelS838841 · Camped on Apr 6, 2024 at Campsite #19
My family has camped at Denby Point four times. We love the campsite itself and the surrounding area. There is so much to do. The sites are generally very spacious. There are two different beaches. One with sand for swimming and the other with interesting sandstone rocks. A cute little nature trail is great for the kids to roam around. Definitely recommend for RV or tent camping with the family.
@SherryP4008651 · Camped on Apr 6, 2024 at Campsite #44
This is a nice big campground with large spots. Plenty of room in between so that you don't feel like you are on top of each other. The bathroom was clean as well. We were in site 44 and we had a great water view, but could not walk down to the water as it was a steep incline. This spot also had lots of trees which will provide shade in the summer.
@CharlesS661433 · Camped on Apr 5, 2024 at Campsite #40
Great tent campsite. One of the best we have ever had. Quiet, roomy and secluded. The only downside is that the bathroom/dump station is nearby, makes a small amount of noise sometimes, no big deal, but maybe twice a day if the wind is right it will smell like sewage.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
