I would like to see more trees planted at this campground, some shade would have been really nice to have while experiencing some really hot daytime temperatures during our stay.

The campground is well kept and spaces have plenty of room. Restrooms and showers were very clean and kept. The park attendants VERY nice, friendly, and helpful. There were plenty of beautiful views of the lake from nearly every camp space and the lake itself of course just doesn't get any better in my opinion. This campground also has an abundant amount of shoreline fishing for those that prefer or don't have a boat. They also have a very nice playground and equipment area for children (although not shaded) in addition to a swim and fishing area. We definitely look forward to going back. Stayed in A05.

It was a nice stay but proper tree trimming needs to be done.

It was wonderful to have a host that helped us, we had booked the wrong site due to the map online being incorrect. Curtis was friendly and helpful. The new site we were able to move to was nice, however the electric pole 50 amp did not work. We used 30amp was able to camp for a few days.

There are no restaurants in the area. Most of the sites are barren with no shade at all, B-loop has no shade trees. The restrooms were in a mess, however they had plenty of toilet paper in them. My visit there this time was the first for around 6 years because of flooding. The park attendant never came around to see how we were doing. Neither did the park ranger. The only bright thing about my visit was that a half grown kitten came around to visit the first three nights.

the bathrooms where clean and the grounds where well kept. Camp host was very rude, not sure of his name but ill never stay there again as long as he is the host. also the buzzards ate the seal on the sunroof of my car. after talking to folks around the campground I guess that's a normal thing here they also ate to part of the room of a camper a few sights down while I was there.

Everything was clean and the ground keeper will go out of his way to help you. Really enjoyed the trip and looking forward for the next one.

Campground wasn't as clean as I've seen in the past, the bathrooms weren't kept clean. People were driving faster than need be with so many children running around..

We had a great time just lots of people and too many vehicles in some camp sites.

I'm so thankful to see the lake has not been flooded as to prevent camping! Yay Corp of engineers. Keep it up. The park was mowed while we were there and I was thankful to see these mowers have alot better people skills that the previous mowers. The park was nice and quiet during the week since school was still in session so we had a very peaceful camping trip. The new park hosts are very nice. We look forward to seeing them more often!

Very pleasant stay. The campground, campsites, and restrooms were clean and quiet. There's a lot of flooding at the lake and many campsites closed, but was a very enjoyable stay. Camp host was very friendly.

no problems

I love Lead Hill but the park has been let go.. no maintenance at all. Ruts down beside the road at the loading ramp, no lighting at the dock for nighttime fisherman, faucets in bathroom doesn’t work, no soap in bathrooms. Canopies in dire repair and camper pads to small and out of date for todays campers. It is so sad. Our tax dollars at work. I’m sure this will fall on deaf ears.

Clean restrooms and well maintained camping spots. Lady at the check in shack was very welcoming.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
