Lakeview Park Campground in Baxter county is located 2 hrs 10 min southeast of Springfield, MO with an elevation of 742 feet. There are a total of 72 campsites including 70 boat sites. The campground is open all year. Sites can accommodate RVs between 22 and 42 feet. All sites are currently reservable. 70 sites have electric and water hookups. 1 site has electric hookups. Fees range from $21.00 to $54.00.

We loved our stay at the park! It was clean and well maintained. We had beautiful views from our site of Bull Shoals Lake and the dam. The walk to the swimming beach and boat launch was just minutes away. I would recommend this peaceful location to anyone.

This was our 2nd time staying here. The park is so clean (grounds, bathrooms, boat launch) & people are very friendly. Such a positive & fun experience.

Its a nice campground and the only problem I had was the mowers mowing around our campsite within feet of children and vehicles. rocks are plentiful on this campground and it shocked me hearing the sound of mowers hitting rocks feet from our vehicles and campers. I mentioned this to a mower and his response was to keep the kids in the camper! We were eating lunch when they showed up in force! This absolutely cannot be safe.

My Husband and I have a blended family including 10 children and 30 grandchildren. We all love to go camping at Lakeview. Most of us work so we usually go on the summer holidays. We have been going every year for several years now and we love it. Lakeview is such a peaceful place, and the rangers are so nice. It is a very safe place for the whole family. Most of the campsites have beautiful shade trees and it is kept clean. We have so much fun camping and making memories. Also, Lakeview Marina rents boats, jet skis, and other equipment. We are always excited for our summer trips to Lakeview.

Our last campground on a 14 week trip. The best from the standpoint that the restroom shower buildings were air conditioned. What a wonderful experience. This was our most Northern campground. Nothing South of this had good ventilation let alone A/C. All parks were USACE campgrounds. Some real poor un-customer oriented managers in these parks. Plus the blonde lady who cleaned the bathrooms should be applauded. Out of the 10 USACE campgrounds we camped at, the wonderful blonde lady did the best job to keep the restrooms clean and sanitary. Sightseeing: visit Dam Visitors center NW end of dam.

This is a beautiful park/campground. Overlooks the lake and marina. The sites are well maintained and not crowded together. The Staff are always friendly and helpful.

This was our first camping trip after purchase of the camper. Super easy to park and set up in this spot! Plenty of shade. Not too far from bath house if needed. Beautiful view. Abd close to the store and park.

We camp at Lakeview Park every summer. The trees and spacious sites are always enjoyable. The restrooms and showers are also nice. Highly recommend.

Campground was very clean upon arrival. Storms moved in on second night. Staff and rangers readily available to help as needed. Cleanup under way within hours.

Im so at ease when I stay at Lakeview. My dog loves all the smells and walking around the park. She actually drags me around the park. The restrooms are always clean and the showers are hot with a lot of pressure. I would love to see another bathhouse/restroom near the boat ramp. You might consider putting in speed bumps through out the park. I watched people doing at least 50 going to the Marina. Im planning on staying at several Corps parks throughout the United States but, Lakeview will always be my favorite and my home park!

We loved our stay here. The sites were huge with lots of space between sites. It is a beautiful area! The campground is well-maintained.

Our stay was 10-Apr-24 to 17-Apr-24 in a Class A 36ft RV at site B13. Great Campground. Very nice site. Sites are nicely evenly spaced. Very level pads. Shower/Restroom facilities are great. Nice and clean. Individual showering stalls and private changing areas attached to the shower stalls. There are plenty of toilet stalls for the number of sites that it support.The only thing that make it better would be to add sewage connections to each of the sites.

Beautiful spacious spot, water pressure was good, AT&T service was good. Park is close to lots of outdoor recreation destinations and close to Mountain Home for shopping.

Beautiful place with an outstanding customer service, the camp host is great man who cares about people! Restrooms were clean as well as everything. Our campsite A09 was not very good even for a small travel trailer we have 21ft, it was very hard to unhook the truck but the host help us with some blocks to level the stabilizers in the grass hill since we needed to park all the way as much as we could. Other than that our experience was amazing!
