The campsites were level. The whole campground was so clean. Gas and groceries nearby. We rode into Tuscaloosa for Dreamland and Krispy Kreme. We visited Carrollton and saw the face on the courthouse window. Great little pizza place for lunch. We also rode over to Columbus, Mississippi. Beautiful town. We had supper one night in Eutaw at the new Cajun restaurant and coffee at Leos Coffee Shop. Great place to relax, catch a sunset and explore.

Very clean and well maintained. Shady, large sites. Hosts were super friendly and helpful. Chorus of frogs and bugs at night to send you to sleep!

Camp hosts were friendly, prompt and professional. Check-in was fast and easy. Campground well maintained. Bath house was one of the best weve seen! New and immaculately clean! We stayed at site 11. With a 150 cord this was a great spot for Starlink.

Well maintained campground with nice water views from most sites. Facilities are among the best on Alabama rivers. We will definitely be back to Jennings Ferry!

The sweet lady called to make sure we were coming. She came to welcome us and she even lead us to our spot. Everything was very clean. Especially the bathroom and shower!!

What a treasure! We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer. Lots were spacious and each had an amazing view. Most lots seemed to be back in, but easy to use, long and wide. There were a few pull through. The only negative, and I mean only, was no sewer- just a dump station. Would stay here again.

the water was very hot in the showers & they were kept clean, trash was taken away every day, every day, every day!! more gravel on our campsite would have been nice as the campsites on the point are very unimproved & became very muddy in the rain. we were here for the eclipse on 8 April 2024. I prepared 7 years for where we would be & the campground location was amazing, I appreciated the rangers only allowing those camping or their guests into the campground. it made for a less crowded event. this secluded peninsula allows for not only a sunrise event but a sunset as well, therefore, our view at totality was a surrounding sunset/sunrise! AMAZING!! also, the night sky is very Dark & we were able to check out the star placement in preparation for the viewing! Be aware it can be windy but if the wind is not blowing, like late at night, there will be a flying insect presence especially where any lights are on. Like the ones in the bath house which stay on all day & night, which is great at night but wasteful during the day. A screen room would be necessary any later in the year!! we had one bar for T-Mobile, my father had 2 bars with mint.

A beautiful, quiet spot. Sites were clean and well cared for. Staff was courteous and even took us to our site. If you had sewer we would have stayed longer. We will be back.

Jennings Ferry is my absolute favorite campground! Always beautiful! And Victoria, the camp host was absolutely a gem! She was so helpful and accommodating. She kept us abreast of some bad weather that was coming and was truely concerned for us. Can't wait to go back!

The site on the water that we originally reserved months ago was being occupied by a camper for some reason so we had to settle for a site off the water. Days later we noticed that another site on the water was available so we called and they allowed us to move there so our daughter could have more bank access to fish. Bath house was clean and grass did need to be cut at some of the campsites but in their defense, it had been raining prior to our trip.

First off I would like to say the camp host are awesome. They do their best at keeping the campground in order and the bath house is always clean. They are always willing to help in anyway. But, the campground has alot of repairs and maintenance needs and the Government doesnt seem to care. The campground is being limited to only 15 campers per day due to a sewage issue with the dump station. This has been going on over a year. Also many sites have power supply issues and water supply issues. I saw several campers come in and then had to move sites due to no power or water at the site they reserved. Of the 3 campgrounds in the area we like Jennings Ferry the best. But please fix these issues.

The park was excellent and well taken care of. The host, Victoria, that checked us in was very friendly and professional. She offered to switch our reserved campsite to another open site due to the cold winds that were occurring. Due to the weather - wet cold and raining - we spent a lot of our time in our camper. We would definitely stay at this campground again when in the area.

Gordy and Becky were great campground hosts! We have always enjoyed Jennings Ferry. We were able to get into our last site and thoroughly enjoyed it and the guest we had join us. I did notice that the numbers on the sites have been repainted and stand out better. This looks very nice. The park is always well kept.

Gorgeous campground! We stayed on site 18 which was spacious and level, and right on the water. The view was spectacular especially at sunset. The bath houses were very clean and the camphosts were very nice. If we ever find ourselves in Eutaw, AL, we will definitely stay again. Highly recommended

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
