The camp host was very helpful in changing our site so we could be more in the shade. Wish I could remember his name (we were at Kettle Falls Campground).Not sure when "quiet time" is, but a large group of folks were up late, and had bright lights glaring well past 10 pm.

Lovely area, clean grounds, nice bathrooms, good trails easily accessible from campground. Excellent river access.

Beautiful park right alone the Columbia River but we were there while there was a fire ban so we missed that experience of camping. But it was very dry so I understand.

Campground is too crowded. Loud home generators running all the time. Bathrooms are extremely dirty and stink as if they were outhouses. Each year you can see the maintenance declining.

My group enjoyed our stay at this campground with all the basic amenities you could need especially staying at this site that had easy lake access and wonderful views. We all had cell service and had great neighbors during our stay. Not far from town in case you forgot anything! Would stay at this site again.

So much to see and do in Kettle Falls, the campground was great, we joined the guided tour by park ranger, Brekken, who did an excellent job explaining the nature walk and history of Kettle Falls. We had a bit of an issue making an on line reservation, however, I called the 800# and the customer service representative did a great job helping me complete my reservation. Thanks!

We have loved the Kettle Falls campground for years. Even though it was extremely hot weather, we had a great time.

I needed a place to stay when picking up my trailer and heading home. This was on the way, and the only federal site (I like these). It was Fourth of July weekend and busy and loud. Everyone was having fun; loud generators everywhere, but everyone was respectful and shut down at 10pm. So many mosquitoes- Ive never had so many. It was a great stopover point.

This was our 1st time at this campground & the general area, so we weren't sure what to expect and were pleasantly surprised. We stayed at site #34 and in our opinion, it was the best site at the campground. It was on the lake (maybe 20-30 ft embankment) with a little side trail (steep and slippery, but manageable even with our paddle boards) to the lake. No close neighbors to the right and a fairly large spot especially compared to the other sites. There isn't a beach or sandy space at the lake off the site, but still perfect for lounging on the rocks, swimming and paddle boarding. It was amazing! Bathrooms were clean and there was never a shortage of TP. Camp host was friendly and on top of things! Most of the sites are on top of each other and very small. People packed in so many tents on top of each other & the neighboring sites so extra grateful to be on a larger site and with neighbors that had a smaller crew. Campers were friendly and didn't have any issues with quiet hours or late-night partying. The nearby wood factory was loud one early morning (3am+) moving around logs & honking. Full cell phone coverage & wifi. Local grocery store only 7 mins away. Overall, we had a great time mostly due to campsite location and great neighbors.

Awesome campground!!! Everything a person needs and wants! Can do as little or as much as you can! Lovely ladies who run the store and Houseboat rentals! Nice that town is close if you forget something too! Thanks for a great 4th of July!!!! We'll be back!

Kettle Falls Campground is one of the best kept secrets in the NW. Great accessibility to the boat ramp and incredible views make this a place to get away from it all. The fact that it is less than a two-hour drive for us makes it even better. Conveniences and necessities are close if needed as well. This is our go-to camping spot and it is normally pretty easy to get a short notice reservation.

Beautiful campground, the sites were clean as well as the bathrooms!

Beautiful campground. Beautiful location. Only thing that keeps this experience from being a great weekend in nature was the one family running their giant generator 6 hours a day and playing their music so loud we could hear it 4 sites away.

We had a lovely time camping for the week. Weather moved into the area most days but sitting under the canopy and enjoying the fire was fun too. We always enjoy camping at Kettle Falls. River is beautiful and fishing was bountiful. Campground filled up but we had a few days of mostly us and our friends. Well done for management.

Place was in great shape for our first camp of the season. Everything was cleaned up, bathrooms in good shape! The weather was sunny, and the view was great from 68!

For the most part, Kettle Falls CG is nice. There are pads are asphalt which is nice. If you are in an RV, I recommend having a way to level your RV. During the off season only Loop A is open and the garbage service and restroom cleaning are minimal. As long as you are aware of the off season rules you can still have a great time. Nice fire pits and picnic tables.

Late season stay, but lovely campground, weather was beautiful. Our only concern was that although there were some campers there we couldn't find a garbage anywhere? So thankful that the sani dump was still operational

Absolutely love kettle falls camp ground, for that fact, the quaint little city of Kettle Falls is always a fun visit. Camp ground is well taken care of. Boat launch is fun to watch all the fishermans coming and going. Beautiful area. We try to get there at least twice a season!

Beautiful campground with gorgeous views of Lake Roosevelt/Columbia River. We will definitely stay at this campground again.

Great campsite with lake access from the shore or the boat ramp. The campsites and roads in the loops are a little tight/ small. Was able to maneuver our 30 camper in our site for camping.

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
