This park is a gem! The hosts are kind and helpful. The campsites here are well-cared for. The pit toilet is kept clean, the showers are thoughtfully designed and clean. We were close to the water and enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset. Site 7 has nice shade and access to a grassy area which leads to the water. Great place for family camping!

This is a nice and quiet park. It is small and not a lot of kids running around. Very clean.

This was our first time staying at this campground. We really liked it here. Kind of small so not filled with a lot of campers. We had site 18 which was a decent size. We REALY like how the bathhouse is set up. There is 4 sperate rooms with showers in it. SO it is like you have your own personal bathroom. No one walking in or out while you there.

Excellent level spot for my camper van. Nice close access to the lake. A smaller campground that was nice, quiet and peaceful. Very nice large dump site with easy access.

This is a great place to visit, whether you go for a day at the beach or a family cookout or even if you stay at one of the campsites. We camped for 3 nights and met some great people and had a great time. The staff was wonderful and really friendly and helpful. This park is well maintained. We will go again.

Check out the little town, east of campground. Clarksville has a nice downtown.Fill your jugs at Buffalo Springs water spout.Getting into dump station coming out of campground is very tight with sign and flower/rock garden right next to check in building. We have a class A with tow car.Water was like bath water. Very Clean

Awesome campground!!!

Would have been nice if the weeds were not knee high to get to the water. There was poison ivy growing over the path. Logs in the way and on the beach. The water level was up which I realize that is not the parks fault. We had no beach area at the campsite or swimming area. Also didnt put the boat in due to logs floating all in the lake. Again not their fault but mother natures.

Site is slightly downhill and unlevel. Electrical hookup had 2 bad breakers so only have of our camper worked. Luckily my husband is an electrician and fixed it until maintenance came to swap breakers. Site may be better suited for a tag along, not a fifth wheel.

I really enjoyed tenting lakeside, peaceful. The camp hosts were very helpful and the park rangers drove through periodically, enough to feel there was some safety provided if any problems came up.

Buffalo Park was nice. The showers were great and the park was nice with a nice picnic area on the waterfront. The tent sites are on the water's edge, all the rv sites are a distance away. Small and peaceful.

Camp site was clean and well thought out. The gravel was so nice, because even though it rained we never got dirt or mud in our tent. There was a nice grate over our fire place at rloo 22. Space was large enough for our 8 person tent, tho it was just the two of us. Plus our car. Beautiful view over looking the lake, campsites are spaced apart from each other well. Campgrounds were quite, and the attendants were friendly and helpful. 10/10 will be back.

Site 15 LLOO is a gem. Yes there are steps and a tiny jaunt down to the lake. It is all perfect for those who are fit and are not ones to complain. Plenty of relaxation is available at this beach.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
