Harpeth River Bridge Campground, Ashland City, TN

Harpeth River Bridge Campground in Cheatham county is located 37 min west of Nashville, TN with an elevation of 392 feet. There are a total of 14 campsites. The campground is normally open from mid April to the end of October. Sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 25 and 50 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. Each site includes a picnic table and fire ring. All sites have electric and water hookups. There is a fee of $22.00 per night.

The nicest campground we have ever stayed at, hands down! Waterfront, level concrete pads, clean, quiet and small. Nice fellow campers. We will try to book again avery time we come to Nashville (5-6 times a year to visit family).

I have been traveling for about 8 months and the only thing nicer than this campground are the campground hosts. They went above and beyond to help me correct a couple of problems I created. Awesome experience!

Great campground. Sites were large and well maintained. Campground is small and quiet. Sad that one cant safely eat the catfish you catch but access to the river for fishing just to catch and release is wonderful.

As always, it's clean and very pleasant not just to sit outside and enjoy the water but watch all the people who come by your place where we park. Everyone is so friendly.

Bow hunters kept me a wake and I was scared it was 5 men yelling for over a hour 1 in the morning

This campground is among the cleanest we have stayed at. Our site was spot-on level and had a great view of the river, it was right next to it! The grounds were perfect for our grandkids bike riding since the campground was small enough to never lose sight of them and the road was really level, so it was easy for them.

Backing into the spot with the camper was wide enough and it was clean. Very nice spots with a beautiful view. Bathrooms were clean. (needed some ventilation in the bathrooms)

This was a VERY clean and nice small campground. However, for tent campers, the highway alongside the campground can be loud. Also, the campground roads are well lit, but again, for tent campers, this can be a challenge. It would be helpful to reserve spots for tents further from the main entrance (road) and restroom (lights).

This is an excellent campground set on the banks of the Harpeth. Nice, large sites and a ramp for access. The real feature of this place that will definitely get us back is Pamela at the office. She is extremely personable and seems to genuinely be interested in you as a personand wants you to have a great experience. We had to leave early, and she helped us through the process. The only reason I would not highly recommend itI want to be able to go back and all the spaces not be gone!

Very, Very clean restrooms and shower house. We enjoyed our one night stay and were lucky enuf that there was 3 pieces of wood In our fire ring so we also enjoyed a fire!!! Will stay again if we pass thru that way!

We always have a great time at the Harpeth River Bridge Campground. We live close to Houston texas but always stay here when come up to visit family in Tennessee. Very clean and well kept Campground. Clarence Johns

We didnt know when we rented the site that it was originally one large site that is now divided and shared driveway/ parking area, or we would not have rented it.

Pamela the Campground Host is an absolutely sweet, friendly and helpful person!! She is an amazing addition to your great campground! Nice clean bathrooms and showers! Love the private shower rooms! The campground is always so quite and peaceful! We will be camping there next summer every chance we get!
