The place is spectacular. It is in great shape. The views are awesome. The beach is close. We had a fire on the beach. I cant find a better place.

This beach house was awesome‼️ Watch seals and spectacular sunrises from the Magic Fence, which features a picnic bench overlooking the beach and Atlantic Ocean. Popular Coast Guard Beach forms the southerly backdrop from the backyard deck. Classic Cape Cod with privacy and privileged access to views, sun, and fun. The registration through checkout process was seamless — great staff.

We lived staying here- beautiful view and comfortable cozy house. A few glitches: The dishwasher water supply was not hooked up when we arrived over a holiday weekend so had to wait 4 days for repair, there was a broken window shade and the lights in the kitchen were pretty dim and the toaster did not work well. These were all felt with and repaired while we were there. There is no laundry so for longer stays need to go to laundromat. I wish they could add a stackable washer/ dryer. But these were minor inconveniences and Scottie/ John from the park service was very helpful in fixing. No te to those who stay in these properties- if something is wrong please report it so can be fixed vs just putting up with it ( we found the broken shade hidden in the closet) so will be better for the next person(s)! Thank you! We will be back!

Cottage was perfect. Clean, plenty of room, and all the amenities. Location is nothing short of amazing. We would 100% rent again.

The views are spectacular. Walking distance to Coast Guard Beach. Our family could not have been more pleased. You will have to wake up early and watch the sunrise at least once. You will not be disappointed. The house has a log cabin feel inside with the kitchen and large living room being the gathering points.

You will not be disappointed. The house has a log cabin feel inside with the kitchen and large living room being the gathering points.

Amazing location and house, fully stocked with everything you will need (except linens and towels). The kitchen had an impressive collection of pots, pans, utensils and even a large lobster pot. All of it was in excellent shape and most of it seemed new. The water is potable, but they provided a water cooler with two 5 gallon jugs for our stay. Grill was in great condition with a back up propane tank in the garage, really a well thought out rental. Better equipped than most Airbnb's I have used.
The only warning is mosquitos are relentless here. Be sure to bring some bug spray, because if the wind isn't blowing they will be all over you within seconds. Also so a fair amount of ticks just being on the deck and on the bluff that overlooks the ocean. To be expected in this area, but just plan ahead and enjoy!
Staff down at the beach were very friendly and were interested in our stay at the "house on the hill". The walk down is very easy, but it is a busy road with lots of traffic and bicycles. Be careful!

We loved our stay at the Beach View house overlooking the ocean.
We took walks on Coast Guard Beach, and also explored the Wellfleet Wildlife Sanctuary.
