Great quiet and quaint campground. Was perfect spot to disconnect and get a way for a few days! Highly recommend.

Camp host Jason was incredibly helpful. Location of the campground was just OK. It looks like it has river access but doesnt.

Very quiet camp ground. Bathroom was clean. Host was great. Able to play in river at the bridge. We went with the purpose of gathering huckleberries which we did so that made the trip. The area was bug free except for yellow jackets. No hook ups. So sites are better for RV or trailers. Down load the pdf map is a must. There were no camp fires allowed when we were there but that made it better. Lack of campfire smoke was a positive.

Good alternative location while Iron Creek Campground closed

The camp was pretty quiet when we were there- there were a couple of groups that were up late and talking and laughing, but it was never loud and it didn't bother us. The pit toilets were clean. The Layser Cave was interesting, and the hike to Angel Falls? Curtain Falls? was nice.

My location was 012 I booked it because it had 5 stars on reservation.gov but it was by far the worst spot in the campground! Everyone can see you so no privacy, the dirt is very soft and sandy, the picnic tables are rotten and the area was overgrown by vegetation and small; but, other than that its a quiet clean place.

Nice park and RV site. Ripe blackberries were a pleasant surprise. Definitely noisy with nearby highway and train.

Nice quiet location, toilets all in good working order and clean, fire pits are all newer and in great order. I would have given 5 stars but most tables are in need of repair.

Very nice campground. Well maintained. Pit toilets were nicer than some but we were glad we brought our own toilet paper, as the supply was dwindling toward the end of the weekend.

We always go on a weekday, it is never crowded. We were able to move from our reserved spot to another. I especially like the fact that when we left there we left our kayak paddles. I was actually impressed that I was able to go back the next day and retrieve them right where I left them laying.

Beautiful campsite as many have mentioned- I couldn't find the river but I am prone to searching on google maps which is never incredibly helpful so you may be able to. There is currently no drinking water, which is the sole reason I am leaving 4 stars instead of 5, be sure to bring your own water!

We enjoyed our stay! It was a little tricky to find, but we really paid attention to signs and found it with no issues! We have Verizon and At&t and both lost complete service so that didn't help. The campsite lots were much smaller than we expected. We booked a lot that said would fit our trailer but it was pretty tight. (We even rounded up in footage) BUT. besides that. We had a great time! Theres an amazing river with an incredible view. We did some trails! Everything was clean and everyone was friendly! There was a burn ban which we didn't know about. We checked online the day of and it said fires were okay but to be cautious. And nothing was posted on the bulletin We got there and saw other campfires so we started one and then we were told we needed to put it out (understandable) but wish we were notified sooner or that online was at least updated. BUT, we understood and we immediately put it out. Otherwise everyone and everything was great! Just recommend definitely look into updates alittle better! And don't rely on the website updates solely :)

This was a quiet and very beautiful campground with spacious sites. The pit toilets were clean and the vibe of the campground was mellow. There were mosquitos out in mid-July, but since there wasn't a fire ban we were able to mostly keep them at bay. Will definitely return.

So wonderfully peaceful and calm. The only thing missed was not having a means to shower since we have no camper. It's very out of our way, but worth it and we would stay longer, making sure we have bug spray! The nearest town was out of power a long time. Wouldn't recommend for small children/ kids.

The calm and nearly unspoiled nature in the rain forest of Tower Rock Camp Ground was really a wonderful experience for the whole family.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
