The location of the cabin is great. Very quiet and scenic. The condition of the cabin is mostly good, but the bathrooms could use some maintenance. The floors are becoming rotten from water damage and the tubs are stained beyond cleaning.

Cabin is nice but drive into cabin needs work. After raining the last two days that we were there the driveway was very wet and muddy.

This cabin was isolated in a beautiful area that was well-maintained. It was a great experience for myself and my family we enjoyed the fireplace outside fire pit the beautiful accommodations the cleanliness And the beautiful areas surrounding it. There are some amazing hikes within an hour. The only thing I Would say it was a little confusing is that you have to make sure to go to the right by the fork when driving in :-)

Cabin is very nice however, the boards on the first landing of the stairs are about to break.

We hadn't been to this cabin in 13 years...it has been kept in the same condition and we were pleased to have this experience. I would suggest that the tree in front of the porch be cut down as it blocks the beautiful view of the mountains and does not serve an aesthetic purpose...our opinion...as the only major change over the last 13 years. We enjoy the rustic living conditions with no TV or Wi-fi and limited cell phone service, but that is acceptable when needed. Mattresses are much better than when we last stayed there. Thank you for maintaining the cabin!

What a wonderful place, we rode the new river trail, went to Bristol to the country music museum and hiked in the woods. Evenings by the fireplace, afternoons on the back porch, it was lovely. Thanks!

The cabin is a fair value for the price.It has a wonderful view that could be greatly improved with the removal of the tree in front of the porch. Also a nice fireplace, close to many attractions, and has abundant wildlife. We enjoyed Grayson Highlands State Park and the wild horses along with the New River bike trail. It's rustic and not for everyone but we enjoyed it.

There are many more amenities than advertised such as a coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, fully stocked with pots and pans of many sizes, and full sets of dishes. Great location if you want to bike or ride horses or kayak, but we found a dearth of hiking trails which was our only disappointment. Great private cabin.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
