Palmetto Ridge Campground, Myakka River State Park, Sarasota, FL

Palmetto Ridge Campground is part of Myakka River State Park in Florida (42 min northwest of North Port, FL) with an elevation of 28 feet. There are a total of 38 campsites. The campground is open all year. Sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 40 and 45 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Each site includes a picnic table and fire ring with grill. All sites have full hookups (electric, water and sewer). There is a fee of $26.00 per night. Some amenities include shower, dump station, general store, laundry facility, boat ramp, restroom, gift shop, flush toilets. Activities include biking, boating, fishing, horseback riding, hiking trails, floating sports.

What a great site! No one on the side of you- plenty big enough for our camper, truck, screen tent, and a tent. Full hookups. Other campgrounds in the park have no deer connections and are the same price. Any size rig would fit here easily.
