When I arrived on 6/12/24 the camp spot I had reserved # 7 was occupied and since it was before 2:00 pm I waited for it to be vacated the there was no one there at the time and no one showed up to vacate. the camp host was also gone at 3:00 pm I parked my trailer in the spot. no one showed up. At well after 8:00 pm the camp host returned and it was his friend that was using the spot and he had taken her to Beaver Ut. with him. I feel like he should have had her moved out and the big mess she lift gone before he ever left the campground. I know it is his responsibility to make sure all spots are cleaned and ready for the people that have them reserved. we have been coming to Adelaide every year at this time and I have never had an experience like this. I feel like he does not represent what a host should be. His camp being the first thing you see when you enter the park was a big mess not a good example of what a host should be. Other than that our experience was excellent and we love the time we spent there it has been a special place for us because we were raised there.

Last year I was there and the trees when you drive through needed to be trimmed up and ripped my awnings. So Ill let you guys know that the trees need to be trimmed. So this year I bought all new awnings and guess what the trees were not trimmed And so it was the first time I open my May 19, and guess what the trees had rip that it was less than two months old. I did want to say that the new Camp Host bill was very courteous and I did tell him about the problem with the trees , he said that they trimmed the trees that were not on the road but the ones on the road were not trimmed. They were so low that you couldnt open your awnings or the branches would tear them I didnt have to worry about that. They already ripped him just from driving in. You didnt listen to me last year maybe youll listen to me this year. The big rigs that come through there now are much taller. A few of my friends ended up having their covers tore off and damage to the roof. So please get this text and let me know back what youre gonna do about it.

Excellent spot on Corn Creek. Fished browns morning and evening, 50 steps from camp. Old Bill, the camp host was great. We were the only people there for two nights.

We had our family reunion there and it was nice except for the rain, we had fun anyway. Their is a flush toilet near the group camp and it was always in good condition. Also there is sink water in the bathroom to wash in which was nice. Also there is a great stream and even places to play in the water. It has a great fire pit for cozy fires at night. Also there was 6 or 7 nice tables to eat on and craft on.

The camp ground was not very well kept up. There were limbs and log left where they were cut down the gras had not been cut the camp ground host never did make contact with me in the five days I was there. I have been staying in this camp ground for the last 25 years and this was the worse shape I ve seen the camp ground in I work for the forest service and used to take care of this camp ground so I know what it can be who ever has the contract isn't doing their job very well

Small campground with nice river running on the side of the camps. Will be adding this to my list of campgrounds to visit when passing through this part of UT.

Beautiful. Small. All site have lots of privacy. Bert was the camp host. He was as nice as can be. The place is clean. Use caution though: pack it in, and pack it out. There are no trash cans and no dump station. There are a few fresh water spigots.

I would have given Adelaide an "Excellent", if it weren't for the road on the North side of the camp that people in trucks, trucks towing rvs', ATVs', etc. would speed up and down, causing massive dust blowing over our camp site (food, chairs, etc.). Overall it was a lovely spot, we had Space 7, a pull through. We saw wild turkeys going back and forth to the creek on the South side on the camp. Lots of shade trees, clean camp area, fire pit and a very nice camp host, Burt.

We reserved campsite 8 and 9 for our family of 12. There was plenty of space and we even had room to set up a volley ball net in campsite 8. The fishing was good. Bruce, the host was super nice and helpful. We are planning a return trip for next year!

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
