Lovely campground! Lots of shade, very little to no road noise, super convenient to Teton Valley, nice sites, and the cleanest bathrooms ever!

Arrived after the road closing to Jackson. Because of that this campground was quiet and not very full. There is separation between most campsites with lots of trees for shade. The host was very nice and the pit toilets were spotless.

We had a great time, but definitely prefer Trail Creek campground because they have access to the River from every campsite. Mike Harris was pretty empty, so it was quiet. There were less bugs because of the lack of water, so that was good. Bathrooms were clean. We don't like how deep the fire pits are! They make your wood burn twice as fast. We went through 4 bundles of wood in one night, which is twice as much as what we usually go through.

We love this spot. Mountain biking nearby and also a quick trip to Victor and Driggs. However, if it is stormy, it always seems to rain due to storms making their way over Teton Pass. host was very courteous and restrooms are clean. There are no hookups, but one can ask host to fill via hose from one of the spigots. No dump, but there is an RV dump at the Victor gas station out to the campsite

We arrived after dark in a light rain. The camp host met us and gave us the necessary details to find our spot and feel comfortable. Beautiful spot for sure!

Mike Harris is a beautiful campground between Victor ID and Jackson WY. (There is some noise from the highway, but it seems to be almost nonexistent at night.) The sites are large, some with a lot of shade and the campground is close enough to Victor to ride bikes there for ice cream. The campground hosts at Mike Harris were great - the bathrooms were very clean and they spoke with campers, making sure the rules were followed. Great non-motorized hiking and biking on trails next to the campground.

I only needed a campsite for one night but had to pay for two. The spot was a little tight for the popup camper with the brush on either side of the pull in. Other spots were available with more room.

Clean and relatively quiet. There are loud cars on the road nearby. But you have no control over that. Host is magnificent.

We camped here this past week to go explore the Tetons. Our camp host, Gloria was exceptional. She was helpful in getting us water for our trailer as well as informing us of the nearby RV dump stations. Our campsite was #3, it was a pull through and well shaded. Very clean vault bathrooms to boot.

Great location for the Idaho side of Tetons before going up the hill to Jackson. Grounds were well groomed and maintained with a friendly host. Mid July and the flies are relentless! Beware for the last quarter mile there is basically a one-way dirt road that curves into the entrance of the grounds so if 2 rigs face each other, one will have to back up I think. I hope it gets widened on my next visit.

We have been by this campground many times on our trips from Eastern Idaho to Grand Teton and Jackson Hole. We were looking for a last minute "get out of town" trip for the 4th of July and found a reservation opening at Mike Harris Campground. The campground and our camp spot were clean, our camp host Gloria was great and we were just a short trip over Teton Pass to the Jackson/Grand Teton area. There was plenty of shade at most of the camp sites, and our site number 4 was great and very quiet.

What a wonderful little campground! Cleanest vault toilets I have ever been in (thanks to the camp host). Beautiful setting, nice sites. Yes, it rained (and snowed!) while were in the area, but it was all good! The little town of Victor has a nice little grocery store, an "Emporium" where you can get the most wonderful milkshake on earth and back-in parking (not so great!). Take a drive to Driggs to shop at a grocery store to rival anything in the largest American cities. Then cast your gaze on the Tetons as you drive north on the Teton Scenic Byway (that is if it isn't snowing or raining and they are completely socked-in!). We will be back...it's a wonderful area and the campground will be one of our favorites.

The campground host was amazing! Easy to level our RV and the site was very clean. Vault toilets were clean and did NOT smell. Electricity was a bonus.

Very nice campground. I like that the sites are spaced a ways from each other. It was great.
@DavidR776 · Camped on Aug 26, 2021 at Campsite #6
Great location in respect to trail access. Responsible host. Spotlessly clean restrooms. The road needs grading. The recent electric and water upgrades were done without respect to the land and trees, was left rough and muddy
@WesH250 · Camped on Aug 13, 2021 at Campsite #3
Awesome campground, with a great little creek running through it. Also a great short trail right out of the campground.

Restrooms were the cleanest we’ve seen in a park and enjoyed chatting with the friendly host.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
