Maumelle Campground in Pulaski county is located just 21 min northwest of Little Rock, AR with an elevation of 279 feet. There are a total of 142 campsites. The campground is open all year. 134 sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 20 and 100 feet. All sites are currently reservable. Reservations can be booked up to 6 months in advance. 124 sites have electric and water hookups. 8 sites have electric hookups. Fees range from $22.00 to $50.00. Some amenities include shower, dump station, playground. Activities include boating, fishing, hiking trails, floating sports.

We accidentally booked a site that wasnt our normal favorite site & the Maumelle personnel quickly got us into the site that we wanted!

It is a very beautiful park. Bathrooms were very clean. We stayed in our 29 ft Motorhome & had a great time visiting friends. Our site was F-10 & was level which is good because we have an older Motorhome & no auto level. We will definitely come & stay again.

The space that we had was 34B. When we arrived the couple next door were using our table with their dogs tied to it. The rain was so hard the first night that we were there, that our motorhome was in a lake. The spaces around us were not like that & had very good drainage. Also, husband left a high/low surge protector, 50 amp & when the lady working the office went to check on it, it was no longer there. The spaces across the street would have been better with a better view.

Reservation system was great however the lady who works the gate was not friendly and seemed bothered that I was checking in. To make matters worse I left my phone on here counter (late check-in 7:30)and she was angry the next morning when I asked her to open the building to get my phone. She was driving to get her breakfast as I was told by the bathroom maintenance person. Good thing I didn't have a medical emergency overnight. If she is the camp host it should be indicated on her campsite. She needs a job she enjoys.

Beautiful campsite right on the river. Fun to look at all the boats and watch the people fishing. Well spaced campsites so you didn't feel on top of your neighbors. The only area that needs improvement are the bath houses. They are adequate but are in much need of an update.

We had a very nice stay. We wanted to stay longer but it was Halloween weekend and all booked up. Clean bathrooms and showers.

Excellent park with very good views of river. Very clean and well maintained. Im not issue was COE allowing some people running events to reserve preferred sites before general public. They had small campers and did not need the sites they got!!

The park was really nice. We had a beautiful site right on the river. The sites were quite spacious. We went mountain biking on the trails about a mile or so ride away. The only downside were the showers - they had plenty of hot water but seemed to be designed for rinsing at a beach. The spray was too close to the wall and there was no way to adjust it.

It was perfect for our familys needs this year. The burn ban was a bummer but we respect the preservation for our natural resources. Overall a great time was had by all.

Nice park in a great location, but there is no control of vehicles entering the park. We did not get a pass for our vehicle as we have in other ACE campgrounds. There's no separation of day use areas and campground.

Maumelle is a large campground on the Arkansas River, run by COE. The campground is spacious with lots of room between units, heavy tree cover, and a surprising amount of privacy considering how close it is to Little Rock and the interstate. We used this as an overnight stop, so we chose one of the pull-throughs. It would be a great place to stay to explore the Little Rock Area.

Maumelle Park was fantastic! We were in site B02 and had a wonderful view of the river. The site was clean and was about 50 feet from the nearest other sites. My wife and I enjoyed walking around the park and wished we had bikes to ride. Close to town but didnt felt like we were really in the woods. We will be coming to stay again soon.

Spectacular view of the lake/river We jump at the chance for the B sites on the waterfront!! The campground is so quiet and peaceful. Families are often strolling along the area!
