Alpine Ridge Campground, Arkadelphia, AR

Alpine Ridge Campground in Clark county is located 1 hr 2 min southwest of Hot Springs, AR with an elevation of 407 feet. There are a total of 49 campsites. The campground is normally open from the beginning of March to the end of November. Sites can accommodate RVs and trailers between 37 and 66 feet. All sites are currently reservable. All sites have electric hookups. There is a fee of $20.00 per night.

Campsites are very close together. Not much privacy and people walking through your paid campsite all the time.

The camp was clean, I love the bathroom and showers that were very conveniently places. They were so clean. I had site 15 it was just perfect. I love the beach area and the fact it has a play ground for kids an swings in the shade for us old foggy. All and all I love this area.

We were in spot 14, directly behind the bathrooms. Great spot, nice clean showers. Weak cell phone service on AT&T. We enjoyed our stay and will probably stay here again.

The app showed all the sites full, so we were unable to change sites when I arrived. However, most of the sites were never occupied, and a few of us were all crowded together for a couple days. The campground is pretty nice, but it didnt seem quite as well kept as it was when I camped there about 15 years ago. Its conveniently close to the Iron Mountains Bike trails, so thats a huge plus.

Lovely, peaceful place to spend time in the fall. I arrived right before opening day of deer hunting season and I was worried about crowds and noise. It did get busier but the hunters tend to leave early in the day and are gone most of the day so the campground remained quiet. The campground itself is on a peninsula so you are surrounded by water. Sites are spacious and well equipped (concrete pad, concrete picnic bench area, firepit, and pedestal charcoal grill.) Clean restroom facilities.

Our experience on a bicycle tour was Excellent for tent camping. There was wood at many of the campsites and the shower house was clean. The power station toward the entrance to the camp was not making any noise until the the morning when we were leaving. This is a nice site for tent or RV camping on Lake DeGray.

We loved it so much we added two days halfway through our 6-day reservation. Beautiful spot, and we saw herons and egrets every day (along with jillions of turkey vultures).

Spacious, shady and beautiful camp site. This was our 3rd visit to Alpine Ridge and we will be back. For sure, one of our favorites.

Very nice area. The park is clean, sites are fairly level and easy to get into. The playground is in a shady area and the swimming area is nice. Showers are clean and have good pressure.

The site was clean and level. It was so quiet and peaceful. We had a wonderful and relaxing time. I had decent cell service with Verizon. The bathrooms we very clean and great water pressure. The beach area is very nice as well. I will definitely return to this camp ground

Lake DeGray is a just beautiful! We have been coming here for the last 4 years as a large family gathering- tent camping in about 5 sites! This year, our site had an electrical issue at the pole and it was fixed within 2 hours of me reporting it to maintenance!!! I don't know if this is a common response time, but it meant a lot to me to have my fan working!!! This campground is peaceful, fun for our kids and beautiful! This is the camping trip my kids talk about for the next year! Also, Ms. Carry, one is the Park maintenance workers is just the kindest, most helpful people! She is a very hard worker and so friendly! We had many wonderful interactions with her!
