Highly recommend! The whole family had a great time. Very clean and well-kept campgrounds. Next time well want to bring our own firewood though, slim-pickins around the site.

We have camped at Canyon Point campground many times over the years and have been fortunate this year to have been able to make several trips up there! The location is amazing, the park is very well kept up and the staff is so friendly. We look forward to our next trip up again to enjoy the cool weather!

The campground is beautiful. Tons of trees and it's a great escape from the valley. I camped in a tent for one night. It was quiet and cool and didn't have any issues with spacing or noise or anything. I'll definitely go back.

Our campsite #93 was spacious and quiet. Very wooded and shady. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Had a great cell signal from verizon, 4 bars of 4G.

All I can say is its our home away from home! All employees and volunteers are pleasant, helpful, And competent. The bathrooms are always clean and the showers are cared for.

We have been camping here for over 30years! We have our own shower in our trailer but still love the convenience of their full showers with warm water and flushing toilets so we dont have to dump our trailer as often. This is a super safe campground with a surrounding fense to keep out bears, a check-in attendant at the entrance, and the higher fee keeps the campground nice and attracts friendlier, more serious vacationers in the woods. Perfect for glamping, RVs, and trailers with the electric hookup options.

We like the RV spacing, the cooler weather and how well Canyon Point in maintained. This was our 3rd visit
@christineB9533 · Camped on Jul 11, 2024 at Campsite #92
The campground is clean and well maintained. The outhouses are frequently cleaned but smell awful, some chemicals would be beneficial.Most of the hosts are pleasant and work hard to ensure everything is clean and quiet hours and speed limits are enforced.The lady at the kiosk- Lisa, was extremely rude and chose who she felt deserved a site, it did seem that she felt Latino people were less deserving.

Cement pads could be better but everything is so clean.

We were happy to see that the showers are being controlled by the staff. It is a shame that others who are not camped at Canyon Point take advantage of using the showers and dump station. The shower facilities are always very clean and so are the pit toilets. The staff that takes care of everything are always friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will return in September.

Our favorite campground in the summer months. One thing I wish was different us the showers. They don't allow temperature adjustment and there is insufficient ventilation. Water is very hot and it's difficult to get dressed when you can't get completely dry.
@KimG7907993 · Camped on Jun 29, 2024 at Campsite #55
Great facility. Well maintained. It is our favorite place to camp
@CindyBA50508A7 · Camped on Jun 28, 2024 at Campsite #93
Make sure you get to the showers well before 7p.m. The staff will not let you shower starting at around 6:30 because they want to be done cleaning them by 7. I assume that is quitting time for them. I also do not like that staff bends the rules for some individuals. I was told 1 trailer per site. That rule did not apply to others. I love Canyon point. We stay there because my husband likes rules. I believe if you have posted rules dont bend them for some and not others.

@BranJen - Santa Clara, CA

I wanted to thank you for this site and especially for the notifications feature. Thanks to your site and my subscription I was able to book a campsite I've been annoyingly trying to book for 5 years unsuccessfully. So thank you.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
